Green Capital Power of Lincoln, Neb. pitched the idea of wind farm development to the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners during the group’s regularly scheduled meeting yesterday. An official from the company said Green Capital Power hopes to generate interest in the southern part of Nebraska and expand to other areas of the Midwest in the longer term.
